Sault Ste. Marie (SSM), Ontario (2015) -- Part C -- by Anne Shier (a.k.a. "Annie")

Day Three – Tuesday Sept. 22, 2015:

I got up by 8:55 am to have breakfast in the hotel’s breakfast room.  After a breakfast of pancakes, sausage, orange juice, and muffins, I continued working on my audio book (Chapters 12 – 19) and felt good about what I’d accomplished.

I finally quit work on my audio book to go for a swim and a hot tub at about 1:15 pm.  It felt great.  I’d been nursing a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder, so I was thankful to find out that I could still swim.  I could do the breast stroke for 10 minutes in the pool and then would go into the hot tub for 10 minutes, repeating the whole procedure three times until I was satisfied and relaxed enough.  Then, I went back to my room, showered, dried off, got dressed, and went over to the Station Mall.  I picked up my two prescriptions that I’d ordered yesterday from the Station Mall Drug Mart, plus some deodorant and hand lotion that I also needed.

Then, I went over to the boardwalk again and took some pictures of St. Mary’s River, which connects Lake Superior to Lake Huron, and of the outside of the mall at the back.  At that point, I was getting hungry so I went back to the mall and bought a KFC dinner around 4:30 pm and took it back to my room to eat.  During and after dinner, I took it easy and watched “Law and Order (Season Ten, Disk Two)”.

Other than continuing to work on my audio book and then going for a swim and hot tub, I don’t have any other plans for what to do tomorrow.  I’ll just play it by ear, I guess.

I plan on watching my newest DVD movie tonight called “Celine – Through the Eyes of the World”.  I think it was about her last world tour.  She has been my favourite singer by far for a very long time (even though I did not follow her career in Los Vegas very closely).  But, I continue to love her songs to this day.
